Locally owned and operated by Medford residents Larry and Ann Horton, Fountain Plaza was founded on a simple vision: to create a welcoming, family-oriented community where seniors can enjoy both independence and support. Our campus offers a variety of spacious apartment homes designed for comfort and convenience — with chef-prepared meals, engaging programs, and a caring team that makes every day feel like home.

Our spacious apartment homes allow residents to choose the style and layout that best fits their needs. We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments — each available in multiple sizes — so every resident can find a home that feels just right. Each residence includes generous closet space, a large step-in shower with grab bars, an emergency call system, individual climate control, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and double-burner stove. Cable TV and phone service are also available.
With on-site maintenance, weekly housekeeping, and 24-hour staffing, daily responsibilities are simplified so residents can focus on living life to the fullest.
Housekeeping & Linen Services
We take care of the details so residents can enjoy more free time. Our team provides weekly cleaning, linen and towel services, bed making, and annual deep cleaning. For added convenience, personal laundry services are also available. These services ensure that homes remain fresh and comfortable without the burden of daily chores.
Maintenance & Security
Safety and comfort are at the heart of our services. With 24-hour staffing, emergency response systems in every apartment, sprinkler and smoke detection systems, and video monitoring in common areas, residents and their families can feel confident knowing that help is always available. Our staff also provide wellness and security check-ins, as well as assistance with everyday maintenance tasks like hanging décor or repairing items in the home.
